I've been here twice in the last year for different dance shoes for my daughter, and both times have had a positive experience.
I usually ring before I go just to check they have what I need.
Both occasions have been positive and resulted in us purchasing what we needed.
The first time, when we got home, the ballet shoes were too big when tried, and they allowed us to take them back to swap.
This time, we tried the tap shoes and they are perfect. Parking is a nightmare but it's easy enough to park on a side street nearby and walk. Great, local shop with what we need. Thanks

Came into caerleon rd store for year 7 st joe uniform. I didnt have a clue on the sizes and everything i needed etc. Sian was so helpful and patient thank you so much! Very grateful for her help x

Ordered online. Pick up easy and efficient. Had to change the sizes on 2 items. It was no problem for the staff. They were really friendly and helpful.

Having read good reviews of Macey Sports we went to purchase a pair of tap shoes for my daughter. The owner served us and was just fantastic. We didn’t actually buy anything, the kid didn’t like the ‘look’, but the service was A1. Recommended.

Staff very accommodating. Items competitively priced . Parking not the best as it's on a well used high street but worth the effort of finding a place to park further away and then walking .
