Very friendly staff, has nearly every school uniform I can think of and if they don't have it in stock they'll order it for you.
Also fine with the kids trying on different sizes, she even checked online what I needed just in case as each school has different requirements. Definitely a one stop shop for your children's uniform needs.
I did however remove a star after pieces I have ordered, needed, went missing. Months later when I go in for a refund for the item as it still hasn't been posted I get questioned that I have already received said item as its not in the shop. Interesting system to have in not being able to track stock and then blame customers that have waited respectfully...

I was looking to buy a new Tennis racket - Jared showed me those most suitable to my game play & style and allowed me to try few of the demo rackets which was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He let me know about all available discounts and how the demo process works. I've tried the demo Babolat Pure Drive & Wilson Clash 100 v2 - ended up buying the 2nd one. 10/10 service Jared, fair play.

Faultless service at YC Sports. Bought x2 tennis rackets from the team who strung them and I was able to collect the rackets the next day in store. Knowledgeable and great customer service all round.

I think it is a great place to buy a new tennis and badminton racket. They also provide restring service, and I could get my customised racket. It gives me a good feeling to play badminton with my friends. I checked their website, and they have all school uniforms in Cardiff. Besides, their sports products are very wide range, and I could buy what I need.
