I have given this organisation a lot of money over the period of about a year. Overall I am really disappointed in their performance both regarding gymnastics (too easy for my son) and I have concerns about the welfare of the children attending as the staff do not seem to be aware of physical incidents towards my boy from another boy. Nothing was done and I have been told by email that the boys have been separated yet there was no mention of this during the session and no evidence that they had been separated. The staff were unable to deal with another boy pushing my boy in the face and we’re not even aware of what was going on until I intervened and asked the boy to stop. I also raised concerns about being hassled by staff members to leave the gym when I want to stay and watch my son. I finally decided to email in about my concerns and was told I was causing a health and safety issue by being in the hall. I was also told that breastfeeding on the cooling down mats while not in use was causing a health and safety issues. I find this absolutely unacceptable!! I am furious!! I strongly urge you to look elsewhere if you are looking for a gym tots on gym minis clubs!! If you need any more information ℹ️ please contact me!!

Having read Nadias review, unfortunately, I can't say I am surprised. I have only attended one term of gymtots with my 1.5 year old and won't be returning. On arriving at class, coaches were somewhat unwelcoming and gathered amongst themselves chatting. I'm not sure what experience the coaches have with young children but it certainly appears some have minimal to none, it seems they are out of touch with how toddlers behave, explore and learn. My toddler was spoken to with instruction as though he was around 4 years of age, despite attending an age appropriate group, I also overheard other parents voice the same views amongst themselves at class. Altogether a very unenjoyable class to attend with a young, active toddler in tow as the constant instruction and need to pay attention rather than any element to explore freely would, inevitably, cause tantrums. I think this class is better suited to older children, able to sit still and understand instruction. I have emailed them directly with my feedback and have not received any reply.
