Booked the donutting for a hen party and we all had such a laugh.
Karen was amazing throughout the booking process and on the day made us feel so welcomed and made sure everything was what we wanted.
We also booked the chalet which is a great space to finish off the day.
The taxis did struggle to find this so I would say some clearer signposting from the main road might be better.
Amazing value for money and I would recommend for any groups.

Thank you to the friendly and lovely staff. My son was scared at first, they were so patient and kind, he did go on and he loved it. We will be back!

First time with my daughter and we enjoyed it. Couple of negative points though, 1 - way to many people booked in to do donutting on the sessions, queue at the top so everyone was struggling to get out the way so you don't get hit by the hold on lift thing and 2 - A staff member needs to be at the bottom of the hold on lift thing to help first timers get on, staff member Millie was great though. Not sure we will return though. But do go and try as it was fun.

Great place - Attended a birthday party here. The kids had fun. Terrible Google maps directions though which take you to a golf course first, then to a car park at the top of the huge place. For the slopes you need to research the postcode carefully or you will never ever find it.

Parking is a nightmare, but we held a party there and all ten children who attended had a had a fantastic time donutting. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and when a couple of them felt a little ill from the motion of sliding all the way down, they suggested shifting to only sliding halfway, so they could still enjoy the slope.
Only problem we encountered was the lock on one toilet door jammed and one of the children was trapped for a while till we could find a staff member to unlock it - there's usually at least one or two staff in reception, but the one time we urgently needed them no one was around 😆. As soon as we found a staff member though they quickly found a key and were able to release the child. All in all, a great place.

Took our daughter for a ski trial lesson in half term. Easy to book online. Price was reasonable and included hire of skis and boots. Ask for a helmet if you would like one, they aren't given out as standard.
One toilet inside the first area but I believe there are more in a porta cabin next to the slopes?
*There are steps leading up to the check in centre. I didn't look to see if there was a way round that.
The viewing area for spectators is an outdoor uncovered decking area with one bench. Wrap up warm and be prepared to stand whilst you wait.
The team in the office seemed polite enough, with not a lot to say. But the instructor my daughter had on the slope was fantastic. Very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He really made the experience for us.
A fun intro to skiing and we will bring her again when the weather improves!

Brilliant lesson and wonderful instruction from Ryan for our first ever attempt at snowboarding. Hugely enjoyable - just bear in mind that if you park where the sat nav takes you it's at least a 5 minute walk to the building where you start.

First time doing anything on a dry slope, and we decided to go donutting. A great fun activity, suitable for all. The staff are friendly, the location is beautiful, but the directions aren't the best. Making use of "what 3 words" would prove beneficial. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be going again.
