TLDR; only worth the money for kids over 6 and teens and adults

The toddler area is very small and limited. I would recommend if you have a child under 6 to go instead to a TOTS TAKE OVER session as your toddler might get bored of the small toddler section easily like mine did. I found it quite expensive for a toddler for what it was especially as I had to pay to accompany him. He did not enjoy himself. For adults and kids over 6 I think it's definitely a lot more fun and definitely worth the money.

The children enjoyed bouncing while I enjoyed a nice cuppa. It was a pleasant experience. Although I noticed they timed the sessions to make sure the children were not on for more than an hour. It was enjoyable though..

Been to the swansea one a few times with my children and it's fantastic. Lots of variety for them to enjoy and 2 for the price of 1 hour on a Sunday is great.

Loads of seating and they serve food and drinks. Toilets on site too and plenty of parking, which is free. A cracking place that I would visit again.

I think I may have hypothermia! The most horrific 2 hours sitting in freezing temperatures (no exaggeration).
The children were so cold, despite jumping around.
The young staff were excellent though and rushed off their feet.
But it was just so uncomfortable for all in those conditions. Won't be rushing back any time soon. Unless we are in a heat wave.

A great place to bounce, we only go a couple times a year and the facilities improve each time. Nice cafe onsite and reasonably priced. Sometimes a bit busy in the seating area. Plenty of free parking onsite. Online/advanced booking advised.

Had my little boys party here. Lots more to do here than before. Staff are so helpful and lovely. Highly recommend.

Great place to occupy the whole family. Always updating the facilities. Recently had my son's 8th birthday party here and all 22 7 & 8 year olds had a great time, pizza & hot dogs in the party area went down very well.

Been bringing my 3x kids here since the start (when it was Go Air) and my 2x youngest have an annual pass.
Brought them here today 27/12/2022 and the place was filthy (as per norm) went up to the cafe to order a nacho meal deal & drinks (unfortunately no nachos) so ordered a hot dog meal deal with a mocha for £4, when it came to paying I was told hot drinks aren’t in the meal deal (even though on the board it just says a drink).
I then ordered a refillable soft drink cup for my boy, only to be told it’s the holidays and we don’t do the refillable cups during the holidays (it’s on the board).
So ordered a regular Pepsi for my boy instead, I had to ask if the other half was coming later, only to be told it’s a regular drink in a large cup.
About 20 mins later my eldest daughter went to get a regular Pepsi & came back with the same cup which was full.
Come on Buzz, we’ll have to see what trading standards say about your blatant disregard for customers.
I won’t be renewing the annual passes for my girls, we’ll just get some limitless ones instead.
