Fit Again Sports Therapy

Megan and Rich have helped me with a couple of different running injuries over the years. They are very friendly, great at getting to the root of the problem and explaining it in simple language, and then setting out a rehab programme. Very generous with their time, quickly responding to all those questions I forgot to ask during the appointment.

Richard is more than a excellent physio, he is very professional, friendly, attentive, supportive , positive and really caring and highly skilled, with huge experience, quick to understand the problem and able to find the right solution. Richard has extensive knowledge backed up with excellent practical skills. I have been seeing him regularly for several months now and with his treatments along with specific exercises for each of my issues we are putting my body back together again so it can function properly again.
