After having seen a physio for 6 weeks and a chiro for 7 to try and resolve a pain at the front of my shoulder (with zero success), I am delighted to have seen significant results after just 3 visits with Paul. He took a completely different approach from the other specialists, looking at the problem much more holistically and carrying out much more thorough examinations. I would HIGHLY recommend him and he'll be my first port of call for any future injuries.

As a snowboarder & an equestrian, I’ve had to see many osteopaths, chiropractors & physios in my time - but without doubt Karen Read is the best I’ve ever come across. Detailed, accurate, strong & safe hands. She saw necessary corrections instantly that others have missed. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Having never been to an Osteopath before, I was a little daunted but having tried other options unsuccessfully I visited Paul in Havant. My neck had seized up and I was finding it difficult to sleep, drive or move my head without intense pain. He immediately put me at ease, really listened and took the time to assess me properly. He has taken a holistic approach to my treatment and although I'm not yet totally pain free (probably more to do with age than anything else) I feel we are getting there and I have far more movement without pain than I did before. I would definitely recommend.
