From my own experiences, and also that of my close colleagues, I have had nothing but positive encounters with Bromley Physio and Sports Injury Clinic. Helpful and friendly reception staff ensure that your needs are catered for from the get go and then the excellent service is continued by the professionalism and expertise of the team of physios. I have had the pleasure of being treated by two of the physios at Bromley Physio and I am delighted to say that on both occasions I was given a clear diagnosis with exercises to help my recovery. These encounters lead to my speedy recovery. I could not be happier with their amazing services and would most definitely recommend them.

I have used Bromley Physio Clinic for myself and my family for the past 8 years for a range of sport and non-sport injuries and could not recommend them more highly. We have used sports massage, physio and cranio sacral therapy as well as Pilates sessions. The facility is modern bright and welcoming. Staff have always been kind, thorough, attentive and clear about treatment, follow ups and outcomes.

Had a great experience! Saw Rachel, was my first physio experience and so positive. She was very thorough and put together a personalised plan. Receptionist was also lovely and very responsive on email as well, booking me in really quickly. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Minni, I am a mature lady with a long standing complex neck problem. I tried 3 other physios and a chiropractor before I found Minni. She is very hands on and has got right to the issues. She can't perform miracles and I ve got a long way to go but for the first time in 6 months I can see a light and feel hopeful that I can get things under control.

As a dancer finding a good physio is important for me. After having trouble with my right leg for a couple of weeks I booked in and was able to see Sabine that afternoon. She was able to diagnose what had happened and gave me treatment and instructions before I saw her again 2/3 weeks later. When I went back and she saw me again, everything had worked out and I'm back to dancing and nearly back to full strength! Couldn't recommend enough! All the staff are so lovely and helpful.

I have had 3 sessions with Sabine recently and I can't recommend this place enough. Sabine is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have been suffering with neck and shoulder pain over lockdown and seeing her has been really beneficial. Not only do I feel a lot better after seeing her, she's just so friendly and fun to chat to! Also, the reception team are very polite and welcoming too.

Why on earth did I wait so long to see a Physiotherapist?
If I would have gone earlier, I would have saved myself pain, time and money… Well, I know that now.
Having seen a chiropractor and an osteopath and not having any luck with the pain in my glute, I was at my wits’ end when I decided to see a Physiotherapist.
Upon recommendation, I went to Bromley Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic and was seen by Sabine. Little did I know I was about to hit the “pain free jackpot”.

Sabine diagnosed me as having a tight piriformis muscle – a muscle which sits behind the glute. The issue with my piriformis muscle was caused by sitting for prolonged periods at a desk. Sabine is a highly skilled Physiotherapist – If you see her, you’ll know exactly what I mean. Sabine a gave me some very specific exercises and eastern acupuncture. I was sceptical about the acupuncture, but it really worked!
I can honestly recommend Bromley Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, further more, recommend you see Sabine. I’m leaving this review 1 month after being pain free. Prior to that I was in discomfort every minute of the day. A big thank you to Sabine!
