Been to Jonny a few times now, his sports massage is great for me after playing football 3-4 times a week. Always a pleasure to talk with while having treatment and he certainly knows his stuff. Definitely would recommend.

Jonny has helped with both diagnosing and treating a compressed nerve in my knee and hip problems. He used hawkgrips tools as well as a normal sports massage to treat these problems but also gave me several exercises to do to prevent the problems occurring again, which have worked! I would definitely recommend jonny as he is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable in his field of work!

I 100% recommend jonnys service, I went to see him for a general loosing up on my neck and shoulders and he identified a few problems straight away. For a young man he’s very knowledgeable, after identifying these problems he then went on to give me exercises to stop the on going tightness(which to date is so far so good) he then went on to do some cupping for me to help the muscles repair quicker. Which I perversely had no knowledge on. This has helped me ten fold and I’ll definitely be going back for me in the near future

Really pleased I have found Jonny, I went when a persistent injury played up at the weekend. Booked an appointment online for that Sunday after finding on google, he listened to all the history and was really clear on his thoughts and throught the assessment. Every step he explained what he was doing and why in a very clear manor and answered any questions that I had in an easy to understand way. He diagnosed me on the first session and gave me some easy and simple exercises which were easy to fit into my day. I was very surprised how quickly the exercises work and how much it helped. I have been suffering with issue for a long period of time and have visited several in places in the passed who have not achieved any solid outcome. Very prefessional, friendly and knowledgeable would most definitely recommend.

Jonny's assessment, advice and tailored exercise plans have been superb for me, helping me to recover from a nasty calf muscle tear. Incredible physio couldn't recommend more. Impressive depth and breadth of knowledge. I had an Injury to my left shoulder. Saw another physio In the area and no improvement over a few months of visits. Jonny got to the route of the issue in one session and I saw vast improvements within a week following his guidance and exercises. This is my first ever Google review to show how much I recommend this physio.

After obtaining a Knee injury during a Rugby Match Jonny identified the issue using multiple tests on my knee and offered exercises throughout my injury period to enable me to return to sport safely. Fantastic service and great knowledge. Will be using again.
