I went to Michael to treat me for a trapped Femoral nerve which affected my mobility and I was in severe pain. He put me through my paces and the following morning I was pain free. Really impressed and will continue treatment with Michael to get to the root of the problem.

I saw Michael for around 7 treatment sessions over a 10 a month period for a very painful disc bulge in my lower back. He provided helpful exercises to strengthen my back and improve my confidence. However, what I found the most helpful was his emotional support. I was struggling to exercise due to my anxieties around making my back worse and his nurturing and knowledgeable support enabled me to get back to cycling and the gym before I felt ready. Highly recommend!

Have been suffering with back and leg pain for 7 weeks. Had my first appointment with Michael today and my pain has halved already. Michael's friendly, personal approach really made a difference and made me feel comfortable and confident in him. I look forward to more sessions. Would definitely recommend.

I am in this line of work too and have finally started my journey back to balance after ignoring the pain signals for years.
I've chosen Michael to help me because he has a unique approach in getting to the root cause then resets the area and is helping me to strengthen back to full mobility.
I've had a lot of tension stored in my body for years restricting my movement that I wasn't even aware of. Old memories that needed to be released have done just that under Michael's care. A very holistic practitioner.
He's direct, likeable, very knowledgeable as he knows what works and packs a lot into your treatment time with him.
I happily recommend him to my clients too.
Thank you Michael.

After seeing Michael over the last 8 weeks I felt it was time to give a review, and express my thanks

I did not know what to expect when I had booked in, but in truth it was one of the best things I did. I have a rare genetic disease that over the years has unfortunatly hindered my movement especially in the last few years, and I have struggled to find anything to help me with this. Michael assessed me and without any prompt picked up on a number of issues, and immediatly set to work. Michael used a number of alternative methods combining massage, loaded strength and stretching exercises, and managed to increase my range of movement within the first session. He has indepth knowledge of the muscles, nerves and neuropathways of the body, how they affect movement, what can be done to increase movement and how to retrain our mind and body to allow for the changes.

Michael let me video him carrying out exercises that I can do in my own time, and the improvments have kept coming. Due to the progressive nature of my disease unfortunatly there is no cure, however in a short amount of time Michael has certainly made it easier to cope with, increased my strength and mobility, and defied all of which I had been told before. I will continue to work with Michael and hopefully keep progressing.

If you have any pain or decreased mobility, I fully recommend booking in with Michael.

In the last three months of my London marathon training plan, I incurred an injury which didn't go away despite complete rest.
A running friend recommended I contact Michael who recognised a double hip flexor tendinopathy. He couldn't just 'sort my problem' as it's an injury which takes several months to repair. But what he did over a number of weeks was provide me with a vast range of strength exercises to rehabilitate me, whilst delivering targeted soft tissue therapy during our sessions together.
Those exercises will ensure I retain and continue to gain strength in my key muscle groups for running and should result in me becoming a better runner.
In combination with getting me walking and an increasing duration and intensity of running, he got me in a physical condition comfortable and strong enough to complete the 2021 London Marathon, and delivering for my charity.
As well as learning a lot, Michael supported me by text between our sessions and even phoned to wish me luck the night before the marathon. Thank you Michael!

I went to Michael with a bad knee injury a month before a big holiday, he got me back on my feet and confident in time for this. Michael has given me great advice and exercises to help my injury and get me back to the activities that I have been unable to do for a long time, even before the injury. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. Great physio work, massage work and help with correct exercises to help any issues.

At 55yrs old I have been to multiple sports therapists an back crackers over the years due to a huge appetite for fun, sport and adventure, most of which were great and served the purpose in generally pain relief at the time most needed. Michael's Clinic though is genuinely different and so is his treatments too. I am now no longer in pain, suffering from stiffness and sore, because of regular treatment my posture is better, my training is far improved and my overall feeling of body fatigue has gone. He is extraordinary and that extra sets him apart from the rest. Look after your body where else are you gonna live. Seriously.
