I have attended Jacqui’s yoga classes for more than 7 years. She is an amazing teacher, particularly in the way that she talks you through a lesson so that you understand how to move. I am so pleased she is doing Zoom classes at the moment, they work really well. I can also really recommend her massage, which has made a big difference for me.

Jacqui is like no other sport massage therapist I have ever been to (and I’ve been to many- including high end therapists in London). I have unfortunately had to stop seeing her due to moving away and I can honestly say no one matches her thorough treatment! She is extremely knowledgeable and is guaranteed to make you feel 100x better be it through an injury, niggle or just general tcl.

Jacqui’s attention to detail is second to none. Along with her attentive manner, professionalism and deep knowledge in yoga, anatomy and physiology. Each class is thoughtfully tailored to suit the needs of the student and met with haunting music and extensive verbal cues throughout.

I have attended Jacqui’s yoga classes over the past 5 years and have been supported through injury with her amazing sports massages. I have absolutely no doubt in recommending such a warm, giving and knowledgeable teacher.

Jacqui continues to study yoga and anatomy and her passion is clear. Always a truly wonderful experience.

I was introduced to Jacqui just over 9 years ago - since then Jacqui has been the perfect guide for my yoga practice. I am still amazed at what my body can do and how much better I feel for my yoga practice. I know that this is a result of the kind and amazing teacher I have in Jacqui. I cannot recommend Jacqui’s classes highly enough.

I've been going to Jacqui's yoga classes for 6 years, originally going along as a way to help anxiety, I hadn't done any kind of exercise or sport since school (and at school I hated it) - I found the classes so welcoming, with clear instructions, great music, and no pressure if there were parts that you couldn't do yet. Any self conscious feelings soon went away. Jacqui's classes have helped me to get stronger physically as well as mentally, and led to a real enjoyment of exercise and for taking care of myself, including taking up running, and Jacqui supports me in this too through her massages which keep me on the road.

To put it simply, I cannot live without my ‘Jacqui classes’. Jacqui has taken me from a complete beginner back in 2016 to now being pretty advanced, and so in love with yoga - that I am taking my own 200hr yoga qualification. Jacqui’s incredible ability at queuing and guiding you through a yoga sequence safely is what stood out for me. The new perspective on life you will gain is invaluable.. and your physical body is going to become bloomin’ strong.

I have also received sports massages from Jacqui, and within half a year my torn tendon in my hip (from a running injury) is now all repaired, with the combo of both the massages and yoga practice. Thank you Jacqui.

I love the way Jacqui delivers her yoga! Real depth of knowledge and understanding and clarity in imparting that knowledge to others. Would reccomend her classes and sports massage to everyone. Yoga has been so helpful to me over the years and Sahasta classes really get into the heart of what yoga is about: creating space and awareness within the body, developing a sense of inner peace and mindfulness, and being kind to yourself!

I've recently joined Jacqui's online Zoom classes as a beginner, and thoroughly enjoyed the practices. Her instructions are very clear and precise and I have been able to follow the flow of the sessions. Students are constantly reminded of the detail of the poses and Jacqui is able to incorporate different levels of difficulty for each pose.
After 7 weeks I am feeling much more confident and have gained strength and flexibility. I am now able to lower from a plank to the mat without doing a belly flop!
I also feel that I am calmer in myself despite dealing with the stresses of buying a new house! I look forward to my twice weekly practices.
