Adjust Massage

Saw Tim for an initial consultation and sports massage. Had heard really good things and was definitely not disappointed. Tim did a thorough assessment as I’ve been struggling with back issues for years. He suggested stretches to try at home to help strengthen the muscles causing the problem as well as then doing a great sports massage. Tim is really knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend these guys, they know what they’re doing. I’ll be going back for sure

Christine at Adjust Massage Beeston was excellent. I had a Swedish massage which was spot on. Christine is also super lovely. Already booked in for my next session with her. Would highly recommend and I have also heard from friends who have been, that the other staff members are excellent.

Had a lovely and very much needed pregnancy massage by Alison. Alison was warm, welcoming and took that extra care needed when heavily pregnant. Came away feeling relaxed, knot free and helped my back pain too! The premises is nice however could do with some "salon" touches here and there ie art work, low lighting, spa music etc

I had an Indian head massage with Christine and will definitely book again. Christine discussed the isses I was having with an ongoing headache before and during treatment, was friendly and professional and at the end I felt the pressure had been totally relieved, and the headache was gone. Thanks so much! I'll be back soon.

Amazing hot stone Massage from Louise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt very relaxed. Really easy to book online for a time that suited me, and a great massage! We had a conversation about my areas of tension/what I wanted to focus on beforehand and I felt that it was all addressed.

Just Wow, but to expand on this, having had plenty of sports massages over the years for various ailments, I hobbled in & walked tall on the way out.
Having been in considerable pain that was building over a couple of weeks, I'm happily expecting a decent night's sleep tonight.
I currently have significantly better movement than I arrived at Adjust Massage with.
In addition, Agata showed me a fabulous & much needed stretch, to enable me to stay mobile until my next visit in a month.

Highly recommended to all.

Had a 1hour back massage from Alison. I suffer with fibromyalgia and she was great at understanding and listening to me and meeting my needs with regards to areas and pressures! Looking forward to feeling great again! Have rebooked!
