Staff were terrible. Only branch manager was customer focused. Everyone seemed aloof

Not helpful people at all, 0 customer service, looks like they just want to go home, i was about to buy a trouser for £30, but the guy was not willing to open the fitting room, asked him kindly that I’m living far can you open the door, but he was was like NO, to me it looked like it didn’t matter. Very small dark and claustrophobic but I usually enjoy the tunes played and like fact got clothes and kids section, given how small it is....

super bad service I have entered twice asked for two shoes they took more than 1 hour looking for it and they didn't even tell me if they had it they simply passed me by and made me waste my time

This place is so slow! Everything takes ages! And that's if there are no problems. 3 people in front of me, 2 tills and members of staff- still had to wait 15 mins to be served. Then they didn't have a bag to fit the item I purchased so they proceeded the squash the item into a smaller bag.
I would only go to this store, if I absolutely have to, IE:can't make to another store or need it quicker than it can be delivered.

It was bad experience in first JD STORE in Streatham i had bought shoes so i wear shoes 2/3 times nd it was faulty so i try to exchange but manager we can’t exchange I asked why but she said we can’t so we can’t so she’s behaviour so rude 😞😞😞 even the staff 2 girls they laughing each other nd talking about my problem nd I don’t think so they like me I don’t know it is my skin or what . There is one guy he is so friendly we need those kind of people.

Made the mistake of popping into this branch to return 1 jumper. Staff member had an attitude because it was a return and was quite dismissive for no reason. I said I'd like to return an order please and she gave me this glare, and then proceeded to process the return without a single word. Just be nice and say Merry Christmas, wouldn't kill anyone to be kind. Avoid this branch
