Bought a coat for my son for Xmas, he tried it on for 2 minutes on Xmas day and found that one of the pockets had not been stitched properly, which resulted in a hole. Took it back and the manager refused to give me my money back for the faulty coat, which I'm entitled to. I'm going back today as I left the coat with them to resolve this issue. After today I will not be using thus shop ever again and I will report this to the ombudsmen to understand what I'm entitled to.
