Always lots of stock but never a popular size of clothing or shoes available in store. Always have to go online or order it in and return. Not ideal when your out to shop. Stock more popular sizes.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainer each for my daughter’s so they had exactly same trainers, JD only packed and sent 1 pair after months of emails they tried saying it was the couriers fault but the packaging was completely fine they clearly forgot to put 2 pair in as it’s a easy mistake until this day still nothing resolved this was months ago!!

I have no plans on buying shoes but I decided to buy and treat my self today as I have been working a lot lately. I bought something to make me feel good on my day off. I nicely asked the cashier if they accept AMEX and the cashier had to ask her colleague if they accept it. Th guy from the stock room looked at me and asked me sarcastically if AMEX isn’t posted outside the store. A simple yew or no would be great, but instead he chose to ruin someone else’s day. Your cashier doesn’t even know it! C’mon!

The young man helping on the shop floor was brilliant and seemed to be the only person actually being helpful and not passing customerS onto other members of staff! Girl on tills was unhelpful and rude !

Never have I ever been greeted or said goodbye to in this shop (even if I say hello with a big smile to them!) It‘s like I‘m invisible to the staff. They never offer any help either. They tend to prefer having a chat. Oh well.
