The service is great.. Everytime I fly from gatwick I always leave with a pair of trainers. The staff are more helpful within this branch than any other jd sports I have gone to

Unorganized, wrong prices on products, and they ask you to rate their service before your transaction is complete.

Very unprofessional, wasted my time and money! Will never purchase there again! No apology from JD Sports or anything will rectify the experience I had, so don't bother!

Ps. EVERYTHING THEY SELL IS AVAILABLE ON AMAZON!! BETTER SERVICE WITH A COMPUTER SCREEN!!!

4 staff working, only me in shop and still had to wait ages at till for the staff to serve me and they still carried on conversation while serving me. Couldn't even say thank you when I spent £70. Treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer

Wasnt very happy. Staff rude and very uninterested. The staff member that served me at the counter was very unhelpful and rude and even though i spoke clearly i had to repeat myself a number of times. They definitely need some customer service training.
