Don't buy the footballs from there, the sondico ones. The sewing doesn't last and keeps ripping, happened twice now.awfull! I want a refund.

A budget shop with pretty much any sport item you want. However it was spot the assistant. When I did find one they were helpful, after I had to interrupt their chat with another colleague. Not my favourite store.

Awful customer service from all the staff there! asked politely to one of the staff for a size 9 shoe she rolled her eyes towards me, handed me the shoes with no communication before or afterwards. Went to the till where there was a woman with red braids serving a male, the male still wanted to browse so she waited until this male had gotten back over 5 minutes later and continued serving him. I had asked her while we were waiting if it was going to take much longer but she rolled her eyes and walked to the other end of the till completely ignoring us, we had a 1 year old child who was getting quite frustrated of just staying still there and would of appreciated some communication back from the staff, not them rolling their eyes. The till was also filthy covered in empty mcDonalds milkshakes etc that my son was trying to reach for when we were eventually getting served. This was around about half 5 for any managers wanting to review cctv footage.

Popped in the weekend to have a look round and my hubby to. Found some bits I needed to try on however there was 2 changing cubicles but one was full of stock and there was a long queue for the one open. 4 members of staff standing chatting amongst themselves by clothes and blocking views to items to look at . Not very impressed qt all

This store has a large variety of trainers, sportswear, bags, caps, weights, balls etc Clean and tidy store. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking for 2-3 hours.

Focus on shoes as always. Very limited clothes range for girls (went looking for tennis skirts and they just don't sell them for girls) . Prices are high too (average kids shirt price is 15 quid)

Needs a complete staff change including ignorant managers, been a while back now got the sketchers I wanted went to get them never returned and was serving someone else then was basically fobbed off by management store was filthy , never again.
