Over sub scribed and underfunded by Torfaen who extract a significant amount of revenue from its Cwmbran and surrounding areas population. They haven't grasped they are in charge of a major town and are very narrow in there thinking. The stadium has barely changed since the 1970s but the population has grown significantly. The car park is too small and the junction is dangerous, clearly a mini roundabout is required. Agencies do not talk to one another and all the petty politics stop progress. A town with no real swimming pool? Anyway please look at the facilities per capita Vs your revenue and be bold. Open your eyes and minds, visit other similar size towns.... research. On a major plus are the team who are friendly and helpful. The soft play is very good and the cafe is reasonable and well placed in the soft play area, not if you want peace and quiet though, but that is a balancing act and I think it's still well placed.

It was easy to set up membership and direct debit, options to use other leisures Pontypool and Cwmbran, good access to swimming pool all though cleanliness is not best I have to admit. Staff professional and very helpful, nice and polite. If you want to use locker please take 20p coin otherwise is difficult to get change.

The local group plays Pickleball here. First visit is free. Make sure call to check play schedule in advance

Online process for valuation and making an appointment was easy and quick. Received a phone call not so long after making the appointment to check it I needed any help which was great. However I then received a similar call a bit later so that let them down a little but not much. When I took my car to be checked over the location was easy to find. I was attended by a friendly, polite employee. The process took longer than it should have due to their wifi dropping out. This was no fault of the employee who attended me, though. I didn’t quite get as much as I was expecting but I was happy with the service.

Good facilities. Shame they aren't doing anything about the stands could make much more use out of the outdoor area for events if it was useable

Once you get going it's fine. The service can be lacklustre and unempathetic at times.
