Rossvar - Hand Painted Glass

Ordered and paid for a jug - received a jug but NOT the one I ordered and paid for - trying to get hold of the company - they do not answer their telephone- have no answerphone and no e-mail address that I can find - not a good experience thus far - very frustrating - luckily I paid via Paypal so payment is pending and held until Rossvar resolve the issue .

Fantastic customer service - beautiful glassware delivered promptly. Can highly recommend.
