Lovely and very helpful staff at the shop and at the post office. I go through the whole town to be served here. I always find what I need: newspapers, magazines, stationary and books, even sweets. I like being served at the post office, too. They will explain you everything and you will get the cheapest service. Thank you all.

The store is well stocked and always busy but some staff aren't that approachable. I choose to go elsewhere whenever possible.

Awful service at whsmith Boston today. Stood at till waiting to be served. Young guy member of staff was filling shelves, saw me waiting to be served and totally ignored me

Service can be very slow and on a recent visit,part of the cards section was blocked off with a delivery. Those who work in retail will appreciate that this is definitely a 'no no'

I walked in whsmith today 22/01/2022 9.05am the floor was a mess the magazine where untidy, the books on shelves where a mess. Folders a mess. JUST A MESS it looks like it's run by kids with no adult supervision. Years ago it was so nice going in but it's changed for the worse. I can understand why people shop on amazon after going in to boston whsmith

Went in the shop today staff need a course on customer service , the post office are the same 1 person on duty 30 people in front of me to be served I most certainly wont be going in the shop again , people have been saying the shop had gone down hill , I can see why
