Quite a large range and my go-to store in Lakeside for nice stationery, but it never feels like there are many members of staff working and it feels a little messy in here at times.

A nice store. A wide range of stock availible. Staff are friendly and quick to serve at the tills. The store is not as good as it used to be as its gone from a 2 floor store to a 1 floor store which means now smaller.

Poor service. Till girl was so slow and acted like she didn’t understand a word you were saying. So many people left the queue. Took her 5 minutes to get out three scratch cards for the lady in front of me

Poor customer service. It’s like no one wants to help you or even advise you on what’s the best item/ product to purchase. And GODFORBID you actually ask for help it’s like they don’t want to help you. From the team me members to someone who even seemed like the duty manager/ manager. What’s the point of having team who don’t actually help customer. I visited on 16.12.2022 at 2:30pm. Will not be coming here again.
