Post office. Long queues, long wait. No one to help on self service. Under staffed and overworked staff who are short tempered. No assistance at self service desk. Shabby, broken queue poles that have been damaged for at least 2 months. Could fall on a small child and cause damage. I have no choice but to go there during lunch which at times takes up an whole hour.

Walked past it in Bridgenorth high Street. Good to see old store still alive. Although with all the closures and charity shops best get your pencils and paper quick.

Run down store I can remember when when Smith's was the go to shop for books stationary and even music (singles and LP,s if your old enough to remember or tape's and Cd's )
But now it is a rundown shop with the town's main royal mail post office outlet
Not the WHSmiths I grew up with 😪

Decent place. I go here to post letters and I always get good and helpful service. The store is quite large too, so it has everything you may need.

This shop used to be great, although a lot of its prices have always been dodgy, as in far too expensive on a lot of stationery items. £5 for 5 Parker ink cartridges????? They really need to get with the program on competitive pricing or they will go down the pan.
The Slough branch is a shadow of its former self. Pricing is incorrect on a lot of items. Shelf or other forms of edge pricing are not always correct, if not non-existent altogether. Items supposedly out of stock have neighbouring items moved to the empty space (which is supposed to give the impression that the store is fully stocked), but the reality is it confuses customers because the price is either incorrect or not displayed. What kind of idiotic display policy is that? I’m not the first customer to query product pricing because of this stupid policy and I won’t be the last. If a product is OOS, please leave the hanger or shelf space free, or remove the edge label and replace it with the correct price of the product that is in place.
I suspect there are now so few staff employed in the stores these days that this kind of attention to detail has gone out of the window.

It’s no wonder WH Smith has been voted the worst retailer on the High Street for the 2nd year running.... No focus on what they are actually good at.....

I will just say that the staff are generally great and very helpful as a rule. When you can find one not at a till....

This is a large well laid out store. There's a great range of stationery, books, games and lots more. There is lot's of space and plenty of choice.

Another day another delay just waiting outside this store . Inside they have post office opening times is always at 9 not really is already 9:05 staff cannot be bothered to open shop. Always late doesn't care about ppl waiting outside and have a stuff to do . When they open no apology or something. Worst place I ever been unacceptable.
