It's a bit run down, cramped and not really a pleasurable shopping experience but it has all you need and a pretty good book selection upstairs, it's just past its best. Lovely staff though

This shop could be good if the staff would have regular training. When I visited the shop last time the person at the checkout was speaking indistinctly, knows nothing about the presence or about payment process, another staff intentionally knocked books off the shelf in our presence there, which just scared us, she didn't apologies, so rude and inept staff, always too hot in the shop, poor management, it's a shame as I really enjoyed of visiting the shop previously.

Very cluttered displays and upstairs is not accessible if you are mobility impaired , staff are friendly
