There is also a section with games, puzzles and top trumps.
Downstairs they now have the post office situated across a large section at the back. They have self serve tills with one person manning them and a counter.
The staff were friendly and good offers on the books.

the best store in Bristol. has great customer service from all employees especially on Saturday on the ground floor! really love this place both to buy and browse. post office makes it a bit chaotic but that brings a certain charm. overall a fantastic shop.

We popped in to use the self service Post Office which is located to the rear of the shop.
Very handy and a helper is at hand to help if you have any queries or you can use the Post Office counter which is staffed, however you'll probably have to que for a bit.

Friendly, helpful staff. I find it a bit hard to find things upstairs so suggest sign-posting or making the layout easier to follow. A great selection of cards for all occasions and some nice post cards of Bristol.

Went in two Sundays ago and the staff were lovely, the lad upstairs was very helpful with finding items. Good shop, would return again.

Popped in here on xmas eve whilst on my way thru bristol before i borded my coach store is really nice and staff and helpful. Plenty of magazines and akways find my mags i wanted

One of the only big brand shops remaining that everyone knows. Staff were nice and friendly and store was well stocked.
