Great all round emporium to literature. From stationery to stories, non-fiction to films there is always something to be had. Glass lift in the middle for easier access.

As with other WH Smith's the staff service is woeful. They showed little interest in interacting with customers and gave the impression they would rather be elsewhere. If any managers from WH Smith are reading this review I visited the store on Sunday 9th December in the morning should you wish to look into this.

Store is on a busy retail park handy for stationery and books, but other than the till there's never any staff around to assist if you have an enquiry.

Absolutely rude an abrupt telephone manner, when i phoned about my order....customers i wouldnt bother ordering online to have goods delivered to store, as you have to wait about a week.....the good thing is ,they let me have calculator from store, until my order arrived in store, then it would be put back on shop floor, so thank you WH Smith for doing that ......

The whole store is open but the aisle is roped off around the paperback books. Can't get the book I wanted. Are books not essential then? I like Smith's and I try to buy books in store, but will now go to Amazon Prime and get it delivered tomorrow. Shame.

Bought an air b&b voucher recently from this store.
Subsequently lost it. Contacted the store to ask for help.
They said there was nothing they could do.
Contacted air b&b, who said it was the stores responsibility to help me!

What is it with the DHL consol in Mold and Broughton Branches? Is it always broken or do the staff simply not want to use it?

Visited this Broughton branch this morning and the gentleman with glasses really took his time to help us, appreciate blowing up balloons is a lengthy task but he just cracked on with it.

We had previously gone into Card Factory next door and couldn't have been anymore unhelpful, gave the impression they couldn't be bothered so nice to be treated well in WH Smith's.
