Nice to have a WHSmith store in Monmouth but it can sometimes be quite messy and untidy which, I personally, find a bit off putting. Wish they would play a bit more attention to everything and work on the overall appearance of the store. Presentation and initial impression is just so important and crucial. There is a good selection of items there and prices are what you would expect from WHSmith.

Terrible service and scam, bought for my daughter 3 books for £38, there are no price tags anywhere, 10 minutes waited for the cashier, who was chatting with her friend
