Went to the restaurant with the intention to try steak but changed of mind when I realized it was Sunday. Tried Sunday ultimate roast instead costs £14.99. Food was ok. Just disappointed with the waitress who never came back to take my orders. Another waitress walked passed multiple times to collect bills behind me and at the side of me assumed I ordered but the girl who seated me never came back at all. Hope I wasn’t a victim of discrimination just because I was wearing shorts.

Couldn’t believe the name of this restaurant is “Beefeater” but the beef actually it was a rump steak I ordered are rubbish, the beef are hard and dry, hard to chew like a rubber I believed…I ordered kids meal for the kids and all the adult and kids food finally arrived on the table were only warm, but at the time there were only few customers may be 8 having meal in the restaurant, not in a peak hour (we went there at 1:30pm)…feeing amazing that food came slow, totally bad quality and food not hot, not recommend people to go.

Very enjoyable all you can eat breakfast, if you're a light eater may not be value for money, but we helped ourselves to a once in a while lavish breccie. Also the chef cooked the food to specification and made it perfect. Only small niggle was the toaster wasn't the normal rolling toaster you get at a beefeater but the normal at home toasters instead and they are much slower.

Nice friendly staff and not too busy on a Tuesday night. Food is OK, nothing great, the plates of food look very different from the pictures on the menu. Steak was good, but salmon on the cobb salad was very much overcooked. We went to celebrate a birthday for a 9 year old and the restaurant and staff took very good care of us including decorating our table and putting up birthday balloons.

Went here for lunch today. 9.95 for 2 courses. The main thing we appreciated was that food was freshly cooked. And delicious. Restaurant was comfortable and not cold. Waitress very pleasant. It was really rather nice

Breakfast is disgusting, the chef should be ashamed of himself serving food like that! Beans were cold like they come straight from the tin, eggs snotty, sausage was burnt, bacon looked like jerky it was that dry! The toaster took 3 times to get any colour on the bread, just overall a really disappointing breakfast. You need to up your game guys, not good enough at all!

Well that was our Christmas meal ruined. We wont be returning to The Beefeater in Longbridge again. Nearly an hour for our starters which was lovely and another 40 mins for our mains. Food arrived luke warm carrots that were uncooked (we are not talking about al dente here) multiple items missing. I know that a lot of places are short staffed but there a multiple ways to try and mitigate problems which none of which were used like keeping customers informed, apologising for delays (they did after we complained) In fairness they did knock money off the bill but never again.

Although the place was very quiet it took 20 min forever for our order to be taken. The food wasn't really worth the place. Medium stake was cooked rare, chips still undone in the middle. Maybe its okay for a quick sandwich or burger but avoid the grills options.
