I had reservations after seeing some of the reviews on here after I had parted with 50% of my money. But I found them fantastic beginning to end. Sales were so attentive and helpful. Kept me informed and arrived promptly on the dates I was given. Very happy with the fitters. They really knew their stuff and went the extra mile to make our worktops look amazing with bookend joints which we hadn’t paid for. Really happy! Thank you. (Haven’t put breakfast away in photo but that’s real life 😂)

CHEAP & NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!
REVIEW UPDATE : FOUR YEARS AFTER INSTALLATION!
These Quartz worktops are not fit for purpose!
After sales service is appalling - have been chasing for four years!
Surface Colour/Finish is less than fingernail thickness!
30mm slab but the Quartz design /colour is only a thin wrapper on slab!
Unsightly marks and chips from very light use!
This company and Classic Quartz Stone will pass you back and forth and will 'not do anything' to resolve issues with their poor products - quote from them!
They now claim that Quartz worktops chip and mark easily, though their promises, websites and sales pitch say the opposite!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR CLASSIC QUARTZ STONE
USE A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER IF YOU WANT DECENT QUALITY, YOUR WORKTOP TO LAST AND RELIABLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

Competitive price and overall I was very happy with service. Worktops were fitted in June but forgot to write a review until now. They delivered on their promises and gave a quick turnaround on the worktops from templating and the final product was of excellent quality.

Absolutely brilliant. Really quick, efficient service and our worktop looks stunning. Would highly recommend.

The initial experience was positive, until I paid them money and after that the poor service issues began. My worktop joint became cracked after 6 months or so, and I have been contacting them since Nov 2021 to rectify the issue and apply a more appropriate resin to the joint. I have been ignored and fobbed off and am still awaiting resolution in Feb 2022. Be careful before parting with your money.
