An excellent place to get granite or quartz worktops or back splashes. All the staff especially Abdel were very helpful and polite and explained the whole procedure thoroughly. Very good price and range of products and were also able to book an appointment at the warehouse to view the slab chosen. Highly recommended

Extremely happy with my worktop and splashback, and everyone who sees it said it looks fabulous, including my kitchen designer. From the start to completion, Serena and Mariyah dealt with all questions professionally and efficiently. The fitter Ahmed and his team tried their best to meet my request and the end result is so beautiful. Most importantly, great after-sales service when I had some issues and the team did come back to fix it. They take pride on their job!

We spent a long time searching for a worktop and colour/pattern on-line, getting quotes and when we did find a worktop and supplier we were told that the quartz was discontinued and the supplier not able to provide this for us after liaising with them for some weeks. Then in our desperation, the fitter and builder we are using for our home refurbishment recommended Glass & Fusion Ltd. I explained our situation to Serena at Glass & Fusion Ltd and asked if they could supply quartz in the colour and style we wanted. Whilst the design we had in mind was discontinued, Glass & Fusion Ltd very quickly came up with an even better alternative together with a quote. We found Glass & Fusion to be very business-like and after visiting their premises that same day we received an email with the quotation and their terms of business. Very quickly we discussed dates for templating and installation and we found them to be very helpful in terms of answering all our questions, re preparation of the home for the visit, seeing the slab on site first before cutting and after care of the stone including warranty.

We found Abdel very helpful and very careful, precise and good at the job in templating, together with his team Ibrahim and Sanad, all very good craftsmen in the installation stage, who worked with precision and care to do a first class job. We are very pleased with the outcome, we got the quartz we wanted and someone to respond to our needs and requirements for our kitchen refurbishment, which we trust will meet our needs for the next 20+ years.

We understand Glass & Fusion is a family firm, and we found them always prompt and responsive at each stage of the process and pleased to have been recommended by our builder and fitter and as a result we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We used Glass & Fusion to install our kitchen island worktop. The reason I went to them is because they are a local company in Hayes and they were able to give me an estimate for the supply and fitting of a new granite worktop online, which was very reasonable. We were able to visit their impressive show room which is incorporated upstairs above their workshop. We met the owner, Abdel, a very likeable person who seems trustworthy. We were given an exact price for the supply and fitting of the worktop in writing, and were able to choose from many samples.

We never felt pressurised, which sometimes happens with other businesses. We were even shown the granite slab that they would use. They arranged for someone to visit us for templating and we gave a deposit. Five days later we received a phone call to arrange a day for delivery, and luckily it was for two days later. They arrived on time, removed our existing worktop, then installed the new one. They were very professional, tidy and cleaned up. They made sure our hob would fit, and had to do some extra work by cutting out a small part of the cupboards post. They even made us a chopping board for free (made from the cut out from the hob)

All in all an excellent job and great service. I rarely write reviews, however I was so pleased I think there will be people who will appreciate this recommendation if they are looking for a new worktop. They also do marble and granite tiles, not just for domestic properties but also commercial as well.

So 10 out of 10 for good service, good prices and a reliable company that I highly recommend. Thank you Glass & Fusion.

Excellent service..every small details of work was done as promised. Brilliant workmanship and experienced staff. They will also advise you on site when they do a visit for template which is extremely helpful as their experience and suggestions do help. If possible go and visit them at the Worksop which will surely be a very satisfying experience as they will go through the complete process of advising on the materials ets..only downside is they are very busy so book an appointment.

Great price and fantastic service. The guys who did the templating for our kitchen worktops and the installation were fantastic. Really friendly and very carful. We are really pleased with the finished product.
