My favourite and Loved Uncle had pass away some fifteen years ago in some very very diffcult circumstances. i had recently given specific instructions to have a gravestone made, filled several forms and regularly Murat called him for a gravestone to be made. The main manager :Murat had gotten the incorrect plot of land several times, lost forms over four time, lost track of council holding the land area that we had reserved, didn't send forms when requested, or got and forgot our requested and could not follow what i asked. My main objective was just to get the gravestone completed quickly, appropriately and efficiently.

In fact the whole process of obtaining a gravestone, after the death of my uncle has been a v v v difficult to say the least.. I deal with hundreds and thousands of people. i ask something, they do it within days/weeks. Murat and his non existant colleagues on the other hand, are a little disorganised to say the least, they HAVE been doing this for 16- 32 years.. Can not follow what i asked him to do, and was a person that seem to have a lot of other goals on his plate, like selling kitchen tops with the marble from his home country, or which doesn't help his performance.. It took us as a family nearly a YEAR from requesting to getting the gravestone complete, it became one of the most difficult tasks i have Ever Ever completed, compounding the difficulty that my Uncle had been through and has effected my Work, a few Friendship, Lost hundreds of friend on Facebook, Lost contact with university friend for a re union( next 20 years ) , Social wise, Family and FORCED ME into a sabbitcal for a couple of years, early as i found i didn't want a friend to help me with this private matter. He created some angst , stress, anxiety and anger that a simple task could not be done in a streamline way.. I am a really hard working man and just get things done. I expect the same for any service i ask for, when paying money. No i had lost alot a property, some potiental clients , my House, lost contacts old friends, in new relationships from my upset caused by the frustration of Murat behaviour.

This guy seems to be illterate in English but can speak it , ( i dont care if he is ) , the problem is he doesn't care about customer service, and does not care about anyone but his own agenda. I spoken to cousins in North Cyprus and they are telling me the same disappointing things about him happening over and over again, NOT the same as Abraham his father in- law WHO did do a GOOD job, who has now passed away..

To call him a Narcissis would be too polite, You use this guy at your peril, this guy ruin people lives. I have lost 500 Facebook friends, lost my house, friends , Jobs and put myself close to bankruptcy, as well as put myself health at Risk, ended up losing thousands of opportunities, had a massive effect upon my life a couple of years ago. Said something on my facebook which caused Major implications, ( change in attitude, deaths and increase discrimation ) in the World. When you are in a place of responsilbility act responsibly and professionaly but that is not Case Here, Holy Smoke it's a different world here.

My Uncles brother can not visit the grave stone as he has put something on the gravestone, in my uncle brother tongue, which is in-correct and offensive. He Can not go up to the Gravestone for reading something offensive .. And never following my instruction of putting something on the gravestone in English, again was upsetting. I still paid him and he still slightly harrassed my uncle mother and uncle father during the making of the gravestone. Which caused further distress. Overall incredible that i am a tax payer and have to put to put up with such difficulty.

Very professional people get the job done on time
