So so impressed with this family business. Love our new worktop with upstands and a cooker splashback. We even ordered a sink as it was such a great deal.

We had a budget in mind and Mohammed worked diligently to that remit. Measuring and fitting were carried out within a week.

They even came back a couple of times in order to add a couple of things that I missed out (diff colour sealant).

Amazing customer service, high quality materials/finish and they work towards your budget. This is the place to go for worktops. 5 star reviews say it all. 👌

Put quite simply- an amazing service from this company. Rapid speed between templating and fitting and when the slab to be cut turned up damaged at their studio, they were able to get another piece source and cut within 24 hours.
Nothing was too much trouble. The product was spot on and the fitting was first class too! A joy to work with and a must go to for any stonework/worktop you need. Mohammad, Sonia and the rest of the team- you were spot on! Brilliant company- thanks for everything!

Excellent service and workmanship
We had our kitchen done December 2021. I visited their workshop with my kitchen design. They have worktop samples, but what is good is they have complete slabs of worktops, which gives a better idea of the look. We found an ideal one to match our kitchen. Mohamed gave us an excellent price.
Mohamed and his team came to fit the worktop as soon as the kitchen had been fitted. They were very quick and we are really happy with the worktop and the fitting.
After a few weeks, we wanted an additional hole made for a boiling tap and food waste switch. They came promptly to do it for free and also brought us some free coasters.
I would definitely recommend Mohamed and his team. They know their worktops and very flexible to fit with your schedule.

If you need worktop, get it from LWD - their product, service, pricing and speed is exemplary. They had a great range and helped me find exactly the material I wanted (at a better price than anyone else), then measured and installed at top speed and with no fuss -from order to installation in a week. I live abroad so had to manage the project remotely - their advice and assistance was flawless (thanks Sonia!).

Absolute stellar customer service, would highly reccommend London Worktop Direct if you are in/near London getting a new worktop. Jazz and Mohammed helped us find exactly what we were looking for by looking at our inspiration images, and helped us find something similar in our budget.They showed us different options, and explained patiently the differences between brands, and answered all of our questions. They took our approximate measurements on the day and calculated how many slabs we would need, as well as what we could achieve with the leftover pieces. They accommodated to our design choices and we are absolutely thrilled with the final result. The fitters were also very competent and amenable, and made last minute changes on the day as requested. When we noticed a small mistake they corrected it immediately, and when we had some issues fitting our plugs, they arranged a visit quickly and resolved the issue. We were also thrilled with the gift of a matching chopping board! It looks very chic on our island! Very very happy with the service from start to finish, Mohammed had great communication throughout the entire process.
