Excellent customer service and a wonderful collection of stone! They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, answering all of my questions regarding their products and the services they provide. Very professional and easy people to work with. Such a great company!

Leader in their field of expertise - a superb array of materials available as well as extremely friendly customer service. Have used SW before for domestic decorating and wouldn't use any other provider for future projects - second to none.

Not surprised to see that several other people have left 1 star reviews for this company. They seem to think that *their* way of working should work for their *customers* (who pay their invoices and salaries). It doesn't! It's ridiculous that they don't give out m2 prices for their *customers* (even in the trade) to be able to evaluate whether a product works within budget. Happy to take my business elsewhere. ps. Don't bother posting below that you're interested in my feedback and would like to follow up like you did on my comment on instagram.... because there's zero follow up to go with your zero *customer* service. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I emailed looking for a particular stone for a worktop, and after receiving an initial photo from Bina, my reply and subsequent attempts at communication have been entirely ignored. I asked for a video of the stone as it was not in the UK, was given a rude reply that it was impossible, with no explanation. I asked for a suggestion for alternatives and was ghosted. Thanks a lot!

Great experience with Stoneworld! I was looking for a worktop for my kitchen and Levi was really helpful and explained the different types of worktops available and helped us choose something that complemented our kitchen units perfectly overall great service
