On our first visit to MBS Stoneworks, we were greeted by Kam. Kam gave us a thorough overview of what granite and quartz. His knowledge and experience showed clearly of what he was talking about. We took quite a lot of samples with an open mind. After a week, we decided to go for granite i.e blue pearl, then my wife said she wanted quartz. It became more difficult and we decided to visit Kam again. We then had made our mind to go for granite and felt blue pearl was going to be too loud for our kitchen. So in the end, we went for steel grey. The service provided by Kam was exceptional, the measurements taken and fitted by his workman was to perfection. We had no issues whatsoever and we are really enjoying our new kitchen with steel grey granite. At times, I have to pinch myself if it is really granite !!! and admire the beauty of the stone. I have kept a sample of blue pearl in my home office which one day I might go for. Thank you Kam for all your help, support and helping us making the right decision. We really appreciate all the help you have given us.

MBS supplied our kitchen worktops and backdrops in 2017. They have a huge range of designs to choose from. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of each type of stone and we eventually picked a Quartz design that matched our kitchen.

Throughout the entire process of ordering, measuring and fitting they were very professional and always arrived at the agreed time.

The fitters were excellent, they weren't happy until the installation was perfect and paid great attention to detail when colour matching and hiding the "joints".

We heartily recommend this company. They have a wide variety of stone and we found an unusual and extremely beautiful slab of quartz for our kitchen. Their procedure for costing, measuring, cutting and installing the quartz was thoroughly and patiently explained, and then beautifully carried out. The customer service was excellent, and they even came back to us on short notice to sort out a problem due to a builder's miscalculations. Best of all, we are delighted with our purchase, which was less expensive than what two different well-known kitchen design firms quoted.

I decided to use this place to get the countertop for my new kitchen. At the beggining they were very friendly, and got the stone in time. All the issues came when the stone had to be fitted, as additional support was not in place and they decided to fit the stone regardless, instead of sorting this out. I had to pay someone else to add the right support, as they just put the stone there and left. This is a heavy stone, hence it's very unsafe to fit it without the right support. When I requested them to fix this, they started harrasing me saying they wanted their money for and that the fitting was complete. They even threaten to come to my house and I only wanted them to complete the fitting, as I was planning on paying once the job is done.

NOT A PROFFESSIONAL SERVICE, NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER ORIENTED. I can't stress enough my recommendation of NOT USING THEM. The final amount you pay for your new countertop ends up being significantly more expensive because you need to get someone else to do it right. In my case, I should have gone with IKEA, where you have lots of guarantees and service quality assurance.

Excellent service. They were really friendly and easy to get hold of. The order and delivery/installation time was very quick and the quality of the marble was excellent too. Have ordered from them a few times now.... highly recommend them.
