From my first meeting with Ash until my last conversation with her we feel we were dealt with the utmost excellent service. Once order was placed, the templating was completed in 24 hrs and then fitted within the week. All staff were very professional from Ash through to the boys who fit the worktops.

Great service from start to finish. When we had a few unexpected delays on our side Ash and her team worked with us. In the end they are good at what they do and delivered a first class service. You will not be disappointed choosing Best Granite for you next kitchen renovation project.

Okay, but wouldn’t use them again. The worktop looks alright but the drain grooves are a bit wonky as I they’re cut freehand on the front drive. To be honest, all that the company wants is your money. Following a huge measuring error (Ash will probably respond to say that we ‘signed it off’ but we aren’t professionals and that is why we paid a premium to have someone come and measure for us, this is not the customers responsibility!), they came back to replace the worktop which was an additional cost and they wouldn’t leave the property until they’d had the phone call to say that the money was in their bank. A little bit forceful and uncomfortable!

We first came across BGranite at the Home Renovations Exhibition and as well as at the Ideal homeshow in London and then followed through to visit them at their showroom to take a look. They offered a good choice of work tops and for various budgets. We liked one and chose it and got a competitive offer compared to a few other quotes we had received and chose them going by gut feel. Ash and team have delivered a wonderful wok top for us and we are very happy with it. Thanks.
