Great place Recently moved into there and so far so good easy access and very safe, hopefully I can move to a bigger storage within the site next year when more built

Storage unit is first class. However the owner is very arrogant and rude. After using the unit for 8 months I terminated the contract. Didn't get my £50.00 key deposit sent a nice note and it was dropped into my bank account £48.00. No apology no acknowledgement. Whenever you spoke to him he thought he was doing you a favour for letting you use his storage. On leaving I'd asked about the key deposit and he replied that's why I've asked for your bank details in a condescending way. Storage is great the owner has zero customer skills.

Sadly, looking at the reviews, I feel I've missed out by not actually visiting (thankyou Google maps). I was actually at the Water treatment works just opposite, collecting cabins. However, looking through the security fence, it appears clean, tidy, and well run.

Seems safe enough although a mouse did manage to break in. Owner is a bit offish but then he isn't trying to be your best mate. My insurance costs have halved being here.

Very over priced and customer care could do with improving. But you can’t fault storage facilities.
