Couldn't have been happier with the service we've received from Secure Storage! First used the team back in September last year for our initial move.. everything was absolutely seamless, from initially booking in to our removals. The team are all brilliant, and nothing is too much to ask! Our stuff was kept in storage until we moved this March, and when we were ready to move in to our new property, the team got us booked in quickly and efficiently and made our moving in process quick, easy and stress free. I would recommend you to use Secure Storage Co before you go to any other transport/removal company. They understood what we required and adapted the move to that. The move was so smooth, the guys were great. They were very experienced, polite and respectful of our items. You wont find a better service. My daughter even has a pod stored with them now.

Ollie and Craig were absolutely brilliant, they went above and beyond to ensure that all of my furniture and belongings would fit into my storage pod. Items included a double mattress, fridge freezer, washer dryer, large TV unit, coffee table, side table, 3 dressers, miscellaneous items in 6 boxes and some bags; and they fit it all in with some knowledge and careful arrangement, amazing!

They were professional, friendly, efficient and handled my belongings with respect and care. Plenty of smiles and cheerful attitude from both. They worked extremely hard as they had to carry some very heavy loads, but never complained. They could have been lazy or half bothered and made little effort when putting my belongings into the pod, but they weren’t; they genuinely wanted to help and get as much into the pod as possible.

Ollie and Craig’s hard work exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them highly to anyone. Very lovely gentlemen! Thank you so much! 😊

Can’t fault it! Very reasonable costs and excellent value for money. Friendly team and very efficient with the move. Great idea with the pods that are all self contained and don’t need to be unloaded again onto a van! Would recommend to anyone

Absolute nightmare, moved into my new house had new flooring put down everywhere, then had my furniture delivered including the washing machine, and I came home to a circular hole, coincidentally the same size as the foot on the machine and 5 more holes next to where the machine was put. When I first complained I was told my 82 year old father in law who has a heart condition, has had 2 strokes and goes to dialysis twice a week had tried to move it, and now apparently that was a misunderstanding and it was me that done it whilst plumbing it in. The plumber that is actually coming to plumb it in and change my sink is not due for another week!!!! We are currently paying for service washes at the laundrette. Have been treated so badly by this company
