Great and well secured storage place. I have been using self-storage unit for couple of months and service was outstanding. They offer variety of different storage units so everyone can find perfect fit. Peaks Storehouse team was always kind and helpful. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible customer experience, the only reason I did not move companies is because I live abroad and it would have been a massive inconvenience. I asked for a 24/7 locker and was told I would have to move my belongings to another floor. This would have proven to be expensive and time consuming. There was absolutely no logical reason why they could not have permitted 24/7 access for the existing unit.

Previously at my unit with Big yellow storage, they did not require me to move units to gain 24/7 access.

The staff at Peaks storehouse were routinely rude without communication first. Initially, I was able to access my unit without providing the access code (for several months). Then, all of a sudden an alarm would go off if I accessed my unit without providing a passcode on entry, despite the fact the main door was always open. If you want people to use the access code on entry, perhaps the main door should be locked so that people are reminded to do so.

Fantastic friendly storage facility in Cambridge. Great range of units available with very reasonable rental prices. With discounts available for NHS staff and students.

I inquired services of most storage companies in Cambridge and received the most informative, prompt, and thoughtful response from Sara, the Peaks. They also provided delivery. All staff were helpful and professional. I'm exceedingly satisfied with my experience with the Peaks.
