Highbury Self Storage

opening times are useless? how can you be closed on Saturday and on Sunday afternoon .. are people supposed to move their stuff during working hours ???

I have been a customer of Highbury Self Storage for many years now. I've recently noticed that quite a few people have given the place and staff a negative review.
I would like to re-dress the balance. I have been very happy with the service they provide.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and they really care.
I love the fact that they are a local and independent firm, and not one of the big companies, who no doubt funnel all their funds offshore! Highbury Storage have limited weekend hours, but they are clearly displayed if you plan in around them, then there is no problem!
They do offer late nights on two nights of the week.
If people want round the clock all year access then they should find a firm that allows this and then also pay for that service!

Oft overlooked down the back of this estate, but the location couldn't be better. The staff are friendly, and having easy access to my stuff is very handy.

A really fantastic local business. Could not recommend it more! Barry, Tony and David are extremely helpful and friendly. So much better than the impersonal chain storage places.

Excellent service and location. I used HSS as a way to decluter my flat from children clothes, camping material, school notebooks and other stuff. The unit I used was clean, dry and secure. Barry, Tony and David always make us feel welcome with complimentary hot chocolate and the old piano available for anyone to play, to my daughters satisfaction.
