Metropolitan Safe Deposits

I have been a customer in St Johns Wood branch.
Very negative experience. Do not keep cash and check it if you want to leave cash and keep the note of your balance with you and
not in the safe.
I lost a lot of cash .....
Check your valuable regularly. know that you are being watched from reception. Find a way they don't see what you do when you are there.....without light on or under the table. My checking list disapeared from the safe. Terrible experience. They said cash not insured. Either a place is safe or not.
If it is safe why not cash ? I should have noticed it at that time.
