Much thanks to Andy & Andy! Very easy and straightforward to book the space and get access. The units themselves are clean and secure. A big bonus for us is 7 days a week access up until 10 pm, so we can get stuff moved in/out at times that are convenient for us.

Great service met the 2 Andy. Lovely guys. Easy to register. Everything explained. Great service. I would recommend for every one it work out just under 20 pound per week. I'm happy

Having requested the unit, I was provided with an excellent service in a friendly and professional manner. I was shown around and it was explained to me how everything worked regarding access. The units and in general the whole building is very well organised and maintained and I felt very happy using the storage. Thank you.

I had the most fantastic customer service experience in my life, in dealing with Andrew at Boxx Storage Worthing.
He was helpful, friendly, courteous & explained everything in detail for me. He took the the time to treat me as a person, plus finding out exactly what my situation & storage needs were.
I was shown the storage size I thought I needed by Andrew & in the end I booked a slightly larger unit.
I was shown how to gain entry to the premises on a Sunday & exactly where my storage unit was.
He did the contract (at a good price), lock & insurance while I was there.
I was there for about an hour & had everything dealt with ready for me to use my storage unit.
Andrew treated me like a long-time friend & not just a customer.
For that I would give him 10 stars if I could.
