Absolutely fine until you want to cancel! We had to jump through hoops. Paid out yearly fee on the 1st June cancelled our yearly subscription as we got our own safe a week later and they won’t refund the difference. Also wanted £15 admin fee! Absolute joke.There response was you have to give two weeks notice, but not stipulated in any correspondence with them until now.
