Burrows Recovery

Had to collect 2 cars on behalf of family who had been numpties and drove without insurance. Very easy to deal with all straight forward

A bit too expensive to pickup and store vehicles there.

I think my recovery driver was called Pete he arrived quicker than expected and was very friendly and considerate of our stress over a late night accident. Not an experience I ever thought I would review but my experience exceeded expectations so I had to say so

Excellent Service, helpful friendly staff

Car brokedown. Had to leave it. Highways England took the car to this storage. Had to search to find the car. Picked the car up 4 days later. Charged me a full extra day for being 50 minutes over. No contact from Burrows or H.E. Very stressful and expensive time. The least they could do would contact me instead of making it difficult.

Rude receptionist! Wouldn't recommend dealing with this company..
