Bryn Store

We had to store all our furniture at sort notice after landlord gave notice on the house we were in. I contacted bryn store and was invited down to be shown the unbelievable range of units they have. Paul was absolutely fantastic taking the time too show us all the options available and suggesting the best unit to fit our needs. Great value for money and wont hesitate to contact Paul again if i need storage.

Fast return of deposit, many thanks. Security is very good. No rat issues, I was concerned about that because I'd had issues previously with a place in Cwmbran who actually threw me out because I wasn't happy with their rat problem. Brynmawr Storage is tidy and helpful. A little difficult getting the sofa up the stairs and stacking the storage high rather than deep was a little challenging, but I'd choose this place over any of the others. The manager was sociable, made me cups of tea when he saw I needed one, and ran the place solidly. No problems with access. I stored a house-load for 14 months. I recommend the place.

Having used Brynmawr storage for 7 months I can highly recommend them. From my first telephone call to enquire until we handed the keys back everything was First Class. We dealt with Paul who was nothing but helpful from the first phone call. He was always polite, friendly and on the end of the phone if we needed any help.
The storage itself was better than we could of imagined, absolutely bone dry, our belongings were the same as the day they went in. The whole set up there is so secure, and you can have access whenever you want, obviously there is procedures in place which are outstanding. I never doubted all our belongings were completely safe. This is without doubt the best storage in the area, and lastly excellent value too. Thank you Paul for all your help.

Paul was an excellent friendly host guiding me around the facilities. The site is clean, tidy, safe and secure. The lock up room I had was dry and clean and Paul managed my in and out procedure with aplomb. Thanks for the service.

Thanks very much for a great service. The manager here was always very helpful and helped us out when our lock broke, nice to have a friendly welcome and to have someone there on hand if needed. Great value for money and would definately use again if we ever need storage.
