Briefly, I'll admit to ordering the wrong outdoor miner, for my region USA. 100% my fault there, but I was able to contact Jacqui, in the UK, and I can definitely say that my problem was identified and solved, within two and a half weeks.
To be specific, I was shipped a new concentrator, for my miner, and things went so well, I decided to send a great review.

My friends have been looking for a similar connector for a long time and decided to buy it in this online store. The price was super bargain and the delivery was free. Now they only buy here.The JST connector easily plugs into the Igloo and BBC micro:bit to provide a portable power supply. Ideal in any project kit with a JST connector power supply interface!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted at their service. I have waited nearly 2 years for a product and they are refusing to refund me. Please do not trust or even place orders as they are scammers. ******************************************************************

I have bought one Nebra miner. Received it in October, it was broken. The repair was easy, friendly communication. After repair, the onboarding key was not found meaning that Nebra needs to add it manually. I have sent multiple requests if they could please do this. No answer since months. The miner is useless until they fix it. this is very frustrating. If they don't fix this the product is basically useless which equals fraud since i have paid for nothing. I will change this review once the issue is fixed.

Their phone does not work, They have not updated their website or shipping status in over a month. and as a customer in the 5th stage, I do not expect to see my Nebra miner until February-march of next year. As I stated in the discord to one of the moderators. You guys cant keep your promises so why would I trust that It will get shipped by the end of the year when people from batch 3 haven't even gotten their miners in the 11th month of the year.

Pi-Suppl has been a loyal partner to us. Aaron & John show very gentleman and professional .
I have been very confident about his delivery time and quality.
Although there is some delay in delivery this month, I fully understand
Because the world is facing the problem of chip shortage, not just PI-supply.
I hope everything will get better soon.
