Great store with a wide range of clothing for men and women. Helpful friendly staff. Plenty of discounts to be had. Cheap parking with plenty of spaces. Certainly worth a visit if your in the area.

Love their watches although they did have big variety but it was worth looking into didn't look at clothing as mostly they had ladies fashion in there, again if you are at the outlets it's worth paying them a visit.

Sizes were just too small as a size 16 there was not much choice

I went to guess yesterday whilst in Ashford to treat myself .
So much choice , so it was lovely to have a member of staff that when above and beyond to help me.
The young lady called Ellie, was so helpful , kind and knew about how to look after her customers.
After losing a lot of weight I struggle to know what suits me now and she was just amazing . Real credit to the store . Guess, please make sure you look after those good staff- hard to come by now days ⭐️

Not great with their discounts, state a high amount, gonto the till and it turns out its on £1 off. Not impressed, puts me off returning
