Very friendly and helpful staff, lots of both new and surplus items in stock. The grade 1 surplus trousers I purchased from them are immaculate and were very reasonably priced. Staff were also very helpful in finding a pair of boots that properly fit my partner. Would absolutely visit again.

If you say you’re gonna be open, be open. I went well off route to swing in to pick up some needed kit for an exercise and it’s all closed. Not ideal.

Great shop. Very helpful owners. Efficiently processed my online order and happily amended it when I visited to hurriedly collect my purchases.

I will return to browse the selection at a later date.

Purchased a Belt from these that was sold as new and medium, on receiving the belt it was not new and had the NATO label removed, some body must of spent some time to unpick the stitching. The belt was not Medium it was Large this would be the reason for the label being removed.
I applied for a RMA on there site and did not hear nothing back so sent 3 emails, still nothing, decided to phone and got told we have not received a request for return,
They sent me a returns label standard 2nd class Royal Mail, there return policy says to send items back tracked so I had to pay extra to upgrade the label so I could track it.
They received the belt back on 12.06.21 and have since sent me an email to say refunded back to my paypal on 27.06.21 so 15 days after they got the item back.
But I have not got any refund to my paypal account and have now had to open a dispute to get my refund.
If you feel this is the kind of company you want to purchase items from then good luck.
They send wrong size item
Remove label to hide the fact it was wrong size
Ignore request to return items
Do not supply save postage method
Make you wait for refund
Then do not refund when they say they have.
They now have the belt back on sale and I have not refund, it has cost me postage to send the item back for them to resell.
