On two separate occasions with myself and another family member the owner came across rude, stern faced and unhelpful.
The stock in the shop is good but this is due to the chain itself.
We can understand that you have stayed open in this time of need, but If your not happy about this or can’t deliver an excellent customer service, don’t come in and make everyone else miserable.

We don't like stuff there. The only nice people are the Asian who runs this shops. There one English man who is really rude.

This is the local drop off point for Amazon returns. The system is really straightforward and the staff friendly and helpful.

Lovely little shop but it does have a few things that could be improved. For example, they sell some foods that are past their best before date and sometimes open quite a bit later than 8am in the morning. Other from that, it is a nice shop with friendly staff and low prices.

This is a nice little village store and whilst the parking is very limited, I have always managed to find a spot. There is a good amount of choice packed into a very small space. Although it was a bit cramped, it was clean and tidy. I can imagine that this store is very handy for local residents.

I'm giving them one star cause I can't give them zero.
Not helpful at all, the new kid was on his own knowing nothing. The manager was nowhere to be seen. Kid was more into his headphones rather to serve customers. Oh, be careful, they sell out of date goods.

I live locally and popped in to an empty store. No one at service desk upon arrival but a stern looking man appeared, with a mask only covering his mouth not nose. I politely greeted him but was ignored. I thought that maybe he didn't hear me. He gave one look at my and my two small parcels and started barking instructions at me, do you had a QR code? Go to the machine in the corner. I was totally confused an in edge, as before I just handed the parcels and code to the gentleman who was working there before. Unaware that their systems must have changed, I politely asked where the machine was(there's a few corners in the shop) and how to usevit. He barked more instructions at me, follow the instructions. I managed to operate the machine but if it was an elderly person or someone with learning difficulties or a child, they would have struggled. When I nervously returned to hand in my parcels the man barked more instructionscat me to take my parcels to the back of the store. Shocked and not knowing where at the backof the store , he pointed to the narrow long Isle and told me I'll see all the other parcels there. I was SO PLEASED that I did not ask my 11yr old girl to return the parcel as I would NOT have been comfortable her walking to the back of some random store. Certainly NOT the service we need in this day/age! There was no need for this chap to behave in this manner. The shop was empty, I was pleasant, its midday. I firmly believe that if you are not happy in your job, find another. Do not take it out on paying customers. SHOCKED and will not be supporting this store and will surely spread the news to all my local mum and dad friends to not let their kids return parcels to 'the back of the store'
