And they always have a trolley in the way.

it's alright, it's a good place to grab a snack or something before you head through. Don't bother buying any drinks because you won't get them through security. It's really better for the people that are coming to drop you off if they want something before they leave because passengers checking through have various options later on. It is a shop that has extra neck pillows were things in case you've forgotten your own at home.

Nice place to get some easy bites, water and juices.
A good collection of magazines and books.
The medicines for headache, pain and allergies are also available.

Very disappointing experience. No system for lines so you don't know if another customer is at the counter getting served. If you approach and they're dealing with someone else they treat you in a condescending manner and make you feel bad for no reason. Most establishments return purchased items within 10 minutes of purchase, or let you know they they don't. But not Whsmith, straight refusal with no apology or explanation. I will definitely be avoiding this place in future.

Passive agressive and inattentive shop staff

What a mess they have made of the magazines section. Everything dumped on the shelves no order and too high. I'm 176cm ( 5'9 ) and couldnt see what was up higher as the Motoring magazines were all hidden.
