Norwich Budget Car Limited

I bought a car from Norwich Budget Cars in mid Jan and it developed an intermittent starting fault. Having experienced the clauses in warranties offered by other car dealerships I was concerned when I took it back. I needn't have worried at all. Ash informed me it wouldn't cost me a penny. Work started but being an intermittent fault it wasn't easy to trace. The list of parts Mark, the mechanic, changed includes starter motor, fuel pump and injectors as well as days of labour. Far more expense than I would have been able to afford. I collected the car this morning having also had a new battery fitted "to be on the safe side". It starts first time every time and runs better than when I took it in. At all times Ash, Mark the mechanic and Mark the owner were cheerful and happy to help despite the escalating costs and work involved. A car dealer can't help it if a car they sell goes wrong but when this is how they put it right they have a customer for life. Absolutely blown away by an attitude towards their business, reputation and customer service that is a rare and special thing these days. Thank you guys, you've been amazing!!

After an affordable car on a budget then this really is the place to come.

Nestled sneekily in a sleepy village on a quiet farm in panxworth this place offers an array of cars at great prices.

All questions are answered and nothing was too much trouble for these boys and it is no wonder they have the customer service they do.

Had to wait and make calls to the bank to pay for the car I was made a quality cup of coffee and was allowed to use their phone.

Tax and car paid for, free break down included, warranty and mot came with it, I left a happy customer, with old car traded in and new one ready again for the open road, work and family life.

I made the mistake of purchasing a car from this place, below is a list of faults with the vehicle;
1. Car pulls left
2. Steering wheel vibrates at 50+ mph
3. Rear washer jet doesn't work
4. Dashboard buzzer randomly sounds for 10 minutes straight
5. Windows go down but not up *
6. Heater fan makes a loud noise *
7. its been 3 months and the DVLA have confirmed they haven't made any attempt to register the vehicle in my name.
8. Central locking rarely works
9. Was told by Ash (salesman) the car had been serviced 2 weeks prior to sale, was told by mechanic it was actually 6 months ago. the jet black oil, blocked air filter and worn spark plug say they are both lying

* i was made aware of these two when purchasing the car.

the car was returned to them with this list of faults, below is what they fixed;

1, Rear washer jet now works 80% of the time
2. heater motor is now working as should
3. window switch replaced, was told that fixed the problem and yet the windows still don't work. when I asked about it they said they had already ordered a new one (so they knew they hadn't fixed it). Still waiting on a call back but after nearly 3 months I'm not optimistic.
4. oil was changed, spark plugs and air filter was not so I doubt the oil filter was either.

I will upload photos of the condition of the car when I get home from work aswell as screen shots of their description of the car so you can decide if you can trust what they say
I am not the first or last person to report them to Trading standards and the AA

Great guys been here a couple of times looking for cars but I went this time as I was loosing coolant but not much even though I had car on warranty elsewhere they were happy to do a pressure test and told me what it was so am very grateful, I often pop by to see what cars they have in as I like to just window shop

Such a nice garage, staff all very lovely and helpful. Have bought many cars from here over the years and never had an issue. Cheap and reliable cars that just keep going and going and going.

Had a really good experience here. Easy part exchange got exactly the price I wanted very simple trading. Was made to feel very welcome too. Would definitely use again and highly recommend

Good honest car dealers are hard to find in this day and age but I honestly can say these guys can be trusted. I was considering buying a car from them. They pointed out all the pro's and con's and in the end decided against it. I still felt compelled to leave this review though simply because of there total honesty.

I bought a landrover discovery at a very reasonable price a week before the three month warranty expired the brakes started to squek took the car back they resolved the issue and fitted a new part would definitely recommend this car sales
