Did not know drop off process for parcel paid for on line with DHL where they should have printed the delivery address- as I was led to believe via DHL website. Had to collect it on person and it had the corner of the parcel opened. Strangely the shop said they didn't no anything about it

The ramp at the entrance to make this shop accessible is just a ramp & no flat area at the top of the ramp. So as a wheelchair user it is impossible if the door is closed, as I just roll back when I go to open the door. Once inside, I can only get 3 feet into the shop as the aisles are too narrow & stock is blocking aisles. Shame as it is so close to us!
